| Service recipients | The service is provided for authorised users, who have logged in the portal via e-government gateway and who have created their user account in the information system of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Inventory (hereinafter – Inventory). |
| Service description | Specialists authorised by Lithuanian National Culture Centre (hereinafter – the Centre) accepts inquiries from natural persons or legal persons represented by natural and legal persons, analyse the inquiries and provide a corresponding answer for the submitter of the question. |
| Service application form and terms | The inquiries are to be submitted in the official language, Lithuanian, or in English via the information system of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Inventory. Inquiries can be submitted at any time of the day, on all days of the week. |
| Documents to provide | Attachments are not obligatory and are submitted if needed in terms of the nature of the inquiry. |
| Ways to apply for the service | Inquiries are submitted electronically. |
